The Day of Alex's Eagle Project

Last week Alex finally got done with his eagle scout project. He is my brother so, of course, I went to help, oh and because I wanted to help of course. We got together early on Saturday (September 13th) morning and headed up to Arizona to Beaver Elementry School. We helped improve their playground. It turned out really nice, and fun to do. We worked on the thetherballs, hopscotch, foursquare, the basketball hoop nets, and the soccer field. Oh and we also just randomly roamed around inside the school. When we got home, while I was getting cleaned up, my sister dressed up as a guy.

Then later that afternoon I went to the St. George Temple to do baptisms for the dead with Shawna. There was so many other groups of people there to do them as well, it was great. We did have to wait our turn, and that took several hours since all the bigs groups that came before us and everything, but that was okayy with us, its a great place to be, and the number of different groups-and how many people were in each group-was outstounding.

And so yeah, it was a pretty good Saturday.

Vegas :))

I ended up going to Vegas with Kiaya for Heather and Eddies newest baby's blessing. I had an absolute blast. At first me and Kiaya were just joking about me going with her. She was at my house and her mom came to pick her up to go home to get ready to leave. We thought it would be funny if I just got in the car and see what her mom would say. By the time her mom got to my house to pick her up we were not ready to go. My hair was still wet and we were still eating lunch. To make it seem real I got a backpack on and just stuffed it with some shorts that were sitting on my bed to make it look full of stuff I would need to go to Vegas, I grabbed my food to go, and I followed Kiaya to the car. I got opened the car door, and got in. Kathy just kind of said hi to me. Then Kiaya said that I was going to her house with her then Kathy asked me if I was going to Vegas with them and Kiaya said yes. Then her mom just said okayy and then drove off. and that is how it all started. I really only had the shorts in my backpack so I called my mom, got permission to go, had her hurry and come get me, take me home to get some things that I would need, then run me back over before they left. that is what I did and then we were off. I had never been to Vegas before, besides driving through it on the way to a basketball game and so this was a new thing for me. The first thing that we did when we arrived in Vegas was go get some dinner with the whole family. Right as we step out of the car about to head in to eat, we see some man(ican)s in the bed of the truck. We just had to kiss them. Me and Kiaya could not go to Vegas without kissing someone, right.?!







Eventually evyone else got there and got us to come eat. When we were done me and Kiaya rode to Heather and Eddies house with Eddie. We were the first ones there and right when we got there Eddie got this great idea. He says to me and Kiaya, lets hurry and go jump off of our balcony onto the tramp before everyone else gets here(they wouldnt allow it). We all get excited about it, decide to do it, and then Eddie said k wait for me though cause I want to be the first one. We listen to him and wait for him. He finally gets up to the balcony, gets on top, and then thinks about it. He started to get a little scared and wasnt sure how he was going to do it. Then he told us to do it first and he would watch from the bottom and see how it is done. Kiaya decided she wanted to be the person to go first and then the same thing that happened to Eddie happened to her. So now niether of them had gone yet but were going to and now they wanted me to go first and then they would. So, I agreed. I got on up there and then I jumped. As soon as I jumped, as I was in the air, I noticed were I was going to land and I didnt want to land there (were I noticed I was going to land was still on the tramp, it was just on a part that I knew would toss me the wrong way). and so while I am still in the air, right after I jumped, but before I landed, I possibly said a certain word. Then I landed. Exactly what I thought would happen did happen. I got flipped the wrong way, a way I didnt want to go, and I landed right on the bars of the tramp. I looked up at Kiaya who was still on top of the balcony and then she looked at Eddie. Eddie didnt act like he really noticed what I had said on the way down, but Kiaya did. They just kind of acted like nothing happened and they just laughed like normal, and then told Kiaya to go. Kiaya went and then it was Eddies turn. When Eddie was up there about to jump for reals this time, everyone else gets home and sees him up there, tells him not to do it, and then he hurry and did it. That was pretty funny as well.

Then we all just kind of went and hung out with the family. and then later Traynlle Kiaya Mike and me went to play. We ended up going to a church to play games. Mike brought some friends. We played there for a few hours in the dark, I think they called it sardiense. While we were out at the church Mike perposed to me (in a jokingly way). that made me laugh.



then some more fun and exciting things happened. and then we went to in and out burger. by the time we got home it was past midnight and so we 'went to bed' cause we had church to attend early that morning. Kiaya and I 'slept' on the tramp. Before we knew it, it was time to get ready to go to the blessing. We got up, got ready, and headed over to the church. The baby blessing was great. After words we took some pictures of everyone that came for the blessing. and then headed back to their house. We all ate dinner as friends and family. slept. and played games. While they were sleeping me and Kiaya took Eddies phone and changed his background to a picture of Kiaya kissing the manican that we had sent to his phone when he wasnt aware. we had been joking around about the kissing of the manicans with him and he got grossed out, he wouldnt even let us show him the picture, we figured he would have to see it when he opened his phone next if it were his background on his phone. so we thought it would be funny. he didnt find it tell later that day and got even more grossed out.

While we were all playing games Emma found some of my things and decided to play with them. First she got my shoes and tried them on.



Then she found my backpack with my wallet in it and decided to dump it all out and play with everything inside.



Emma later helped me put everything back together once she was done with it. Shes definately a cute one.

That day I was talking to Eddie. I figured he had heard what I had said when I jumped off of the balcony but right after that he didnt act like it. I thought that he must be deaf or something, Kiaya heard it plain as day. but I just kind of let it go and tried to forget about it. While I was talking to Eddie that day after dinner, he was acting all normal and we were just joking around laughing and talking like we normaly do so I was thinking everything was good and normal when out of the blue at hte end of his sentense he adds a 'cusser' to it. he said something like 'oh yeah thats good, cusser' and at first I kind of didnt hear him. I was like-what. he replied with a 'you heard me, cusser' then I knew he heard me. I quickly explained and said i was sorry and he just kept continuing to give me a hard time like normal. I really felt bad already, but he just kept going, it didnt help. It was funny, but didnt help. after a while he told me he was just kidding, which I already knew, and he said it was totally okayy and he forgave me right from the begining and everything, and that he just thought it was funny so he decided to bring it up with me and Kiaya. and then at the end of him telling me that we all just kind of laughed. it took me longer to let it go then it did for him, but we still just laughed it off. nobody else really knew what we were talking and laughing about so it kind of became our little inside joke. well it is now at least. well anyways, besides the fact that I slipped up, and in front of Eddie (who is practically family, all them guys are really) none the less, more memorable moments accured. most more delightful. I just enjoyed the weekend in Vegas with Kiaya and the family doing crazy stuff from playing games with the family to jumping off of a balcony to playing games in a dark church past midnight and I had an absolute blast. I had a pretty great rememerable first time in Vegas.

Surprise! :D (not hardly a surprise but still)

Sorry that took so long to get this stuff up. and sorry it was so long. I wrote it up. It was practically a novel(its a novel again, by the way). and then I closed it without saving it. Such a bummer. But yeah. I did it again enjoy.

Well, to start off, it was Kiaya's birthday on the 23rd. Here's the details. So. It mostly started off on her birthday. I was planning on surprising her on her birthday with some buddies and we were going to get her from school. I got permission of course. and got the buddies together. and we did actually go through with it. We had an absolute blast. Kiaya found out about it though, so it wasnt really a surprise as planned, but it was still way fun. During this part it was Kiaya, Lyssa, Kenzie, Trevor, Paul, and I (I didnt get any pictures of these parts of the story though, darn, sorry, I wish I did though, but oh well, I got pictures for the other parts. anyways). They are all at the middle school still so I went down there from the Highschool and met up with them all. I pulled Kiaya out of class. Then we all went back to my house just for a minute then walked up to Artic Circle for lunch. I just got them out of school right before there HR started. They were gone for HR, Lunch, and 8th period. Except for Lyssa and Kenzie, they only had permission to miss HR and lunch so we got them back to the school in time for 8th period. Once we took those two back, me, Kiaya, Paul, and Trevor just hungout and goofed off like normal until school got out. Right after school we headed up to the highschool. Kiaya had dance right and Trevor had track, both right after school at the highscool and Paul lives by the highschool. So we all just went there. Me and Paul didnt really have much to do until they were done. So we were just hanging out, waiting for them to be done. Paul and I then got this brilliant idea that we should give Kiaya another surprise. I had thought about it earlier and wanted to do this but hadnt really told anyone my idea till this time when me and Paul were awaiting around. The idea was to go into Kiayas room and decorate (trash) it with decorations (toilet paper, and candy). We then called Kiaya's mom (Kathy) and asked her permission to do so, and of course, she said yes. So Paul and I then went to talk to Mr. Champneys, bought some lemonade from his room, got some (four) mints from him, and then we were on our way to Kiaya's house. We got there and started up on her room. Believe it or not but we actually picked it up a bit then started with the toilet paper. My mom (Jennifer) later came with the candy and dropped it off for us. It was just in time. I got a text from Kiaya telling me she was done dancing, she was coming home, and wanted to play with me again, right as my mom got there with the candy. We hurried and finished the job. Scattered the candy throughout her room, and of course, took some pictures. Then got the heck out of there(as we left Paul put a square of tp on her door nob then we closed the door-the first thing she saw-kind of got her wondering). Being the spazes that me and Paul are, when we went out of her house we went out of the front of the coldisack where we could have just cut through the park and had a less likely chance of Kiaya seeing us leaving. well, dont worry, luckly she didnt see us. but we did see her. As we turned out of one of the two corners of her coldisack she was turning into her coldisack from the other corner. We hurried and went to the park and told her we were almost to the park so to meet us there. We wanted to be with her when she saw the room so we tried to get there soon. She ended up going in there to put her dance stuff away before she came to see us. As soon as she saw it she started her way down to the park she called us on her way down and we were talking on the phone as we were walking towards each other. She asked if we new anything about her room. At first we denied it and acted like we had no idea of what she was talking about. she believed us! we went into her house with her and she showed it to us. she went around her whole house asking every single family member if they knew who it was. she even asked them if it was them. she seriously even asked her grandparents if it were them. and thought maybe her sister was there and asked us all if she was and if it were her. then we got her back into her room and asked if she looked around at all. she said no not yet. then we suggested to look around and see if they left any clues of who it might be. she looked for a while. we even helped. she found some letters that we left. but still no names. then she found it. Madisen and Paul. she was so excited. and surprised about the whole thing. It was great. I was glad that was actually a surprise for her where the school thing wasnt. word gets around fast at her school. but since it wasnt mention till the time nobody knew about it but us. it worked great.

K so believe it or not but there is still more to the story. sorry. well. heres the rest. so. After all of this we all played together. Eventually Paul had to go home. And I went to a birthday dinner for Kiaya with her, her mom, and her grandparents. We went to AppleBee's. That was pretty good too, man the whole day just was great. I did have a camp meeting to attend, I am so very excited by the way, and so I went to that. That was also good. well. back to Kiayas birthday. While Kathy had me on the phone when we were asking her about the decorating room thing, she asked me and Paul if we would help put together a surprise birthday party for Kiaya that would be held the Thursday after her birthday. We said yes without hessitation. When we got to there house and then when Kathy got home too she gave us some invitation flyer things to hand out. Paul had them in his shirt the whole rest of the time that we played with Kiaya that day. I thought that was pretty good. well. we got everything together intime for thursday. I was in charge of getting rid of the birthday girl while everyone was arriving and getting ready and stuff. so we went to the mall to spend some of Kiaya's birthday money. As soon as we got dropped off and stepped out of the car I realized that this surprise was ruined too. She asked me if I was going to her house at seven. I was just kind of playing it dumb and was like well sure yeah I would love to go back to your house and play some more after we are done at the mall. I already kind of figured it out, but she then let me know that she knew about the surprise party. another surprise no longer a surprise. we talked about it for a while and word really does travel fast at her school. she said she got suspitious when all of her friends that had never been to her house started sending her texts asking her where her house is. she said the first one or two she didnt think anything of, then when she got tons she started to wonder. (it said right on the invitation the address and if there were any questions about how to get there to call us, but oh well, i guess they were to lazy to call) well. then she said when friends from school had all these flyers and would hide them when she walked by and wouldnt let her see them she started to wonder more. she eventually got Trevor to show her. So she was expecting it all. but it was still fun. when we finished up at the mall we went back to her house. we walked in the door, she acted all surprised and put her hands to her checks and everything, nobody was hidden, and nobody even said surprise. it was really quit, and then eventually i said surprise. and then that started the party. We ate cake and icecream, watched Juno, jumped on the tramp, worked out, played pool, messed around in the theater room, socialized, and just had a great time. if you ask me I would say that we all had an absolute blast. they were all great ways to celibrate the birth of My Best Bud Kiaya. Although only one of the things ended up being a surprise, they all went great. I really had a good time. I love you Kiaya! This birthday was this good,,,,I cant even wait until her 16th birthday! :)

tonights Office [:

It was great! No surprise there! Jim and Pam always make the show so much better! I love it! and them! Its great! Tonight the parts with them where the best! No surprise there either! But I as much as I might want to say stuff about it tonight-I will refrain. I dont want to ruin it for anyone. So I wont. But. It was great! I just hope it goes,,,,well,,,,the way I want it to go. hahah. I obviously think it would be better if it goes the way that I want it to. but anyways. They always make me smile, laugh, happy, etc! And it,,,,aww,,,I could go on forever,,,,but I just love it and that pretty much sums it all up! Go watch them. Any episode really and you will know what I am talking about. But mostly tonights. I am excited for more coming up ones! :D You just dont even know! :D The suspense is killing me, but I love it at the same time! I just cant wait! :D

THE OFFICE : )

Man! I absolutley LOVE the office! :D There has not been a new episode in months, because of the writers strike. I have just been watching the re-runs that they show on TV, watching season fours re-runs on the Internet, and watching all of them over and over again on DVD as well. Don't get me wrong, that is all great, but I was so excited when I heard the writers strike is over! Well, I had some friends over to celibrate this wonderful event with me over the weekend. We watched The Office starting with session one. Getting us ready for Thursday. It got them up to date and refreshed all of our memories and now we are prepaired. I am so excited, and Im most definately ready. Well, anyways. So now, there will be new episodes of The Office starting this Thursday, April 10th. I have been counting down the days ever since they announced that they will be new again starting that day! And now it is less then a week away, they will be new this Thursday! I am so very excited! It will be great! I had the opportunity to go on a trip with my school this week, Wed. Thur. and Fri. I said no, because I had other prior commitments, and watching The Office is one of them. You might call me crazy for saying no because of a TV show, but I have never missed a single episode, and I'm not planning on starting now, and I have been waiting for to long! And besides that, I have other things going on this week during those days that I could not cancel. Well, anyways. I am very excited for The Office on Thursday! If anybody would like to join me while watching it, that would be great, just let me know, thanks! The more the merrier, it would be awesome, expesually since I would be watching my favorite show with my favorite people-loved ones! Watching any of the episodes are great really, and with buddies makes it better there too! So if anyone would like to watch any of the episodes with me anytime it would be awesome as well!
